Domain names
Social media handles
Promotional materials or branding
Unauthorized usage may result in immediate termination of your account.
Affiliates must not misrepresent their association with iDigitalpreneur or make false income or success claims.
Promotions must not involve obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
Affiliates found promoting other affiliate schemes to existing iDigitalpreneur members will face immediate disqualification.
Weekly commissions will be processed only if the affiliate complies fully with company policies.
Commission amounts may be capped based on the chosen package and adjusted by the company if necessary.
Strict action will be taken against:
Misrepresentation as a new lead while already registered
Use of fake or manipulated screenshots or data
Poaching or influencing existing affiliates to switch sponsors
Use or sharing of unauthorized promo/referral codes
Consequences may include:
Account suspension or permanent ban
Forfeiture of all future commissions
Legal action under Indian law
Each referral code is unique, confidential, and non-transferable.
Misuse or sharing of referral codes will result in immediate action, including account deactivation and legal prosecution under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
All users, employees, or affiliates using iDigitalpreneur’s systems or branding must follow ethical and legal practices.
The company reserves the right to monitor online activities to ensure protection of its data and reputation.
Usage of company resources for personal business or illegal activities is prohibited.
